A development of three high quality trading units in Salford, featuring two-storey offices with glass curtain walling to create a striking first impression. The units have large doors to the warehouses which have a power-floated concrete slab and blockwork walls to 2m high.
This scheme replaced three units destroyed by fire in 2020. The design and build contractor was Ellenby Construction Co Ltd and project manager J M C Surveyors & Property Consultants Ltd.
