We undertook a design feasibility study for a large conference facility to convert a former boilerhouse into a fitness centre for visiting delegates. A new link corridor was proposed from the reception area with a change in level dealt with by a new stair and platform lift. The remaining bolierhouse plant was contained within a separate room leaving the rest of the space available for gym equipment and changing rooms along with an adjoining studio space.
