We achieved planning permission for the redevelopment of this site in Sale from business use to three, four-bedroom terraced houses.
The design incorporates contemporary styling with traditional proportions well-suited to the character of the area. Use of the loft space creates a master suite with dressing room with three good sized bedrooms at first floor. A single storey element to the rear creates a large open-plan kitchen dining area well suited to modern family living.
The project is a Gustav Bonnier Development and is set for completion in 2021.
