Due to start on site in 2019, we achieved planning permission for these eight houses within the Greenbelt. The site was most recently the Thai Fusion restaurant, but with the owner looking to move on we were asked to look at the development potential of the site.
Following pre-application discussions we submitted a full planning application for two blocks of terraced houses and associated car park. These compact houses achieve three-bedrooms by creating a room in the loft space of a rear gable. It is the intention to make use of sustainable modern methods of construction when building these properties and install low-carbon technologies.
